Post Your Homes was created by two top producing real estate agents that come from extremely different backgrounds. One of these agents worked successfully at Century 22 during his real estate career. Despite being a top producer, he spent a large majority of his money on advertising. As most real estate agents do, he advertised wherever he could get space for his ads. He advertised on movie theater ads and on the signs at bus stops. He cornered the market on ads for magazines, newspapers, and restaurant menus. He even took out some bathroom sign ads and utilized eight real estate magazines at one time. This was all in hopes of becoming more successful and getting more leads. The problem was, at the end of the day, he was spending enormous amounts of money, and things just weren't adding up. He was tired of failing! He no longer wanted to give all his money away to receive so little in return! It was unacceptable to have to send all of his hard earned money out to advertisers as soon as he was paid. Something had to give! This is when he took a hard look at his career and things started to change for him.
